Other 2010-11 Scholarship Applications

Please scroll to the bottom of the page to download scholarship applications.

A scholarship application packet must include the following:

- Completed Scholarship Application Form

- Personal Statement.  On a separate sheet of paper, include a statement of no more than ONE page describing your educational and career goals while indicating your planned major field of study.  This is your opportunity to make a personal statement directly to the selection committee.  Essays exceeding one page will not be evaluated.

- Two Recommendation Forms.  These may be completed by instructors, counselors, employers, etc.  They must be returned in a signed and sealed envelope.  Forms may be downloaded from the pdf links below.

- Community Activities Form. This is for information about your school, community, family, employment and volunteer service.  Form may be downloaded from pdf link below.

- Transcript, if applicable. If you are new to RCC or a graduating high school student, the most recent copy of your transcripts or GED certificate is required (unofficial transcripts are acceptable).

- Submission of a Free Application for Federal Student Financial Aid (FAFSA) is required in order to be considered for "need-based" scholarships.  These applications may be obtained at any RCC Rogue Central Service Counter or online at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ (do not include this in your packet; we will obtain the information from the RCC Financial Aid Department).
